Points & Leaderboard
Earn points through trading and referrals, track your tier, and climb the Diffusal leaderboard
Diffusal has a points system that rewards active traders and users who grow the community through referrals. Points accumulate over time and determine your tier, which unlocks benefits within the platform.
How Points Are Earned
Points are awarded for two main activities:
Trading Volume
Placing and settling options trades earns points proportional to your trading volume. Both buying and selling options count toward your volume tally.
- Points accrue per settled trade (matched and settled on-chain)
- Larger trades earn more points
- Both sides of the market (buys and sells) are counted
Referrals
Bringing new traders to Diffusal earns referral points when those traders actively trade on the platform.
- You earn points when a referred wallet connects and trades
- Referral points stack with your own trading volume points

Tier System
Points accumulate into a tier system. Higher tiers unlock additional benefits on the platform — the specific thresholds and benefits evolve over time as the program develops.
To see your current tier and the next tier's requirements, visit the Leaderboard page in the trading app.
Viewing the Leaderboard
The Leaderboard page shows:
- Your Rank: Your current position among all participants
- Your Points: Total accumulated points across trading and referrals
- Your Tier: Current tier status and progress toward the next tier
- Top Traders: The highest-ranked participants by points
The leaderboard updates continuously as trades settle and referrals are recorded.
Tier Benefits
As you climb tiers, you unlock additional features and preferential access within the platform. Specific benefits are displayed on the Leaderboard page for each tier.
Benefits are subject to change as the program evolves — check the in-app leaderboard for the current tier structure.
